What is Forest Delights?
Forest Delights is a traditional cookhouse inspired by old recipes
Where do you make your products?
We are based in the Forest of Dean, where we make all of our products in our Forest Cookhouse.
Are your recipes traditional or modern?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
What makes your products unique?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do you have a physical shop I can visit?
We do not have a Forest Delights shop. However, you can find us stocked in lots of independent retailers, such as Forest Deli and Puzzlewood.
Ingredients & Dietary Information
Where do your ingredients come from?
We grow most of our own seasonal ingredients in our garden when we can. Where we are unable to, we source from local suppliers.
Do you use artificial preservatives or additives?
No
Are your products suitable for vegans and vegetarians?
All of our products are suitable for vegetarians. However, some products contain milk and butter, such as shortbread and fudge, so please make sure to read the ingredients list next to the products before buying.
Products
How should I store your products?
Jams and chutneys can be stored in a cool, dry place until opened. Once opened, please refrigerate to keep them fresh and tasty. Our fudges and biscuits are best kept in cool, dry places, such as a cupboard, or in an airtight container.
How long do your products last?
Our jams and chutneys last 12 months and our fudges and biscuits are 6 weeks. But we think you'll eat them before then!
Orders & Delivery
How can I place an order?
Simply browse or search for a product on our website, add to your basket, and checkout. We are unable to take orders over the phone.
Do you offer gift boxes or hampers?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you offer delivery?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

Stockists
How do I become a Forest Delights stockist?
Simply fill in the enquiry form above to apply for a trade account. Once your request has been approved, you will be able to log in and start ordering! Alternatively, you can give us a call and we'd be happy to help guide you through it.
What support do you have for stockists?
We are happy to provide samples and social media shout-outs.
What is the lead time?
Our standard lead time is approximately 5 working days. However, we will always do our best to accommodate shorter turnaround times whenever possible.

What is your minimum order quantity/value?
Our minimum order value is £50. Please note that all products are sold in full cases: 6 units for jars (jams and chutneys) and 8 units for sweet treats (fudge and biscuits).
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, once your trade account has been approved, you will be able to log in and see our trade prices. If you would like the full list of prices, please contact us by email or phone.

Which shops can I find your products in?
We’re currently stocked in ... mostly in independent delis and farm shops.
Do you supply major supermarkets?
No - Forest Delights is all about working with and supporting local and independent retailers. You’ll never find us in the big supermarkets, so our products stay exclusive for stockists like you.
