This Refunds & Returns Policy explains when refunds, returns, or replacements may be offered in accordance with UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Perishable Goods

1.1. Due to the nature of our Products we cannot accept returns on perishable items unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
1.2. Once perishable items have been dispatched or prepared, they cannot be cancelled or refunded, as permitted under UK Consumer Contract Regulations.

2. Non-Perishable Goods

2.1. Non-perishable items may be eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery.
2.2. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2.3. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

3.1. We take great care when preparing and packaging orders. However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
3.2. We will require:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

3.3. We will then offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund

3.4. In some cases, we may arrange collection or request the item to be returned.

4. Late or Missing Deliveries

4.1. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
4.2. If an order is delayed due to courier issues or circumstances outside our control (e.g., adverse weather), we are unable to offer a refund unless the item arrives spoiled or unusable.
4.3. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

5.1. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
5.2. Refunds cannot be issued for failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Recipient not being available
  • Refusal of delivery

5.3. Redelivery costs may apply if the parcel is returned to us.

6. Cancellations

6.1. Orders for perishable goods cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.
6.2. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will confirm whether cancellation is still possible based on order status.
6.3. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

7. Refund Processing

7.1. Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
7.2. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7.3. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the order was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
